Wake Forest Loses Big against Pittsburgh 84-55

Wake Forest was thumped by Pittsburgh 84-55 in conference play on Thursday, Mar. 13. The Demon Deacons were led by Coron Williams, who got a team-high 16 points on 62.5 percent shooting in 32 minutes. Codi Miller-McIntyre had 10 points and added four assists. Talib Zanna finished with 17 points and nine rebounds (3 Ast 3 Stl) for the Panthers.

Wake Forest Gets Win against Notre Dame 81-69

On Wednesday, Mar. 12, Wake Forest shot 61 percent from the floor and topped Notre Dame 81-69 in conference action. Devin Thomas secured a double-double in the Demon Deacons win with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Coron Williams also had an outstanding outing, scoring a game-high 25 points. For the Fighting Irish, Pat Connaughton got a team-high 19 points and five rebounds (3 Ast 3 Stl).
